On Thursday 13th June our year 6 cricket team attended a Primary Cricket event at the Bat & Ball Cricket Ground. (The home of Gravesend Cricket Club). There was a total of ten school teams, which all included 8 players (4 boys and 4 girls). Cobham were placed in Pool B, along with Hartley, St. Botolphs, Bronte and Copperfield Primary Schools. It was a fantastic day of 'Dynamos Cricket', that was enjoyed by all the children that took part. It was played with a spirit and encouragement that was embraced by all the Cobham players. Each team played four games, Cobham faced some excellent sides but remained focused and were able to win their games. Cobham finished at the top of Pool B and with a superior run aggregate won the winner's trophy that now sits proudly in the Cobham trophy cabinet.

Congratulations to the year 6 players who took part, good luck for the County finals on Tuesday 9th July!
