Application Information
If you have a sibling born between 1st September 2020 and 31st August 2021, you may apply online for a school place for your child to start school in September 2025 later this year.
The online application link is www.kent.gov.uk/ola. The deadline for all applications will be announced nearer the time.
The Kent Admission to Primary School link is www.kent.gov.uk/primaryadmissions. Please read it carefully, as it will tell you everything you need to know about the admissions process.
In particular the Current Family Association:
The sibling claim will stand if the family have continued to live at the same house as when the older sibling was admitted into the school, OR
If the family have moved, and they have moved to within 2 miles of the school, OR
If the family have moved nearer to the school from where they were living previously
Please could you advise us if you are applying for a sibling, as it allows us to get an idea of how many sibling places will be allocated
Open Mornings for Primary Admissions 2025 If your child is due to start Primary school in September 2025, you can attend one of our open mornings. Our open mornings will be held on Friday 22nd November and Thursday 28th November, all at 10am. As space at each open morning is limited, please complete the booking form to confirm your attendance.
Appeal Information
If your child is due to start Primary school in September 2025, you can appeal if you are refused a place at one of your preferred schools on National Offer Day (Wednesday, 16th April 2025). You needed to submit your appeal before Tuesday 20th May 2025 for it to be considered by Tuesday 22nd July 2025. Any appeals received after this time will be heard within 40 school days from the deadline, or where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department for Education.
For late applications, appeals should be heard within 40 school days from the deadline for lodging appeals where possible, or within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department for Education.
