We are always grateful to those parents or grandparents who are able to come in to school during the working week to help and support the children. However, this is a privileged position in which to be placed, and we do ask those helpers to respect the confidentiality of what goes on in the classroom by not discussing matters relating to the children with other parents. 

 

We work hard at Cobham to create an atmosphere of mutual respect. Hence, parents are asked to help by maintaining the strictest confidentiality and following the correct procedure. 

 

Also, please be assured that any issues you may share with the staff will remain confidential. You will always be made aware by the member of staff if they feel that they need to pass the information to someone else e.g. our SENCO or Headteacher in order to support you fully.
